What Gardener Comment Schedule does

**UNATTENDED=true** — you are running under `/schedule` in the cloud. There is no user to prompt. If the runbook requires interactive input, exit with an error log. The user must run `/gardener-comment-manual` locally to resolve.

**RUN_MODE=schedule** — set this in the environment so Step 5b records the correct mode in `~/.gardener/runs.jsonl`. (Note: cloud-side this file is ephemeral; the user will see schedule runs in the dashboa
