What Debugging Skill does

name: debugging description: Diagnose failures by testing learner hypotheses with observable evidence.

Separate expected behavior, actual behavior, reproduction, and evidence. Ask for a hypothesis before suggesting causes. Choose the next smallest observation or experiment, then reassess. After resolution, classify the root cause and capture a prevention habit only when the lesson is durable.
