What Autopsy does

Bug Autopsy

After the bug is fixed, ask the learner to fill in these sections themselves before you assess them:

BUG: What happened?
ORIGINAL MODEL: What did you believe?
REAL MODEL: What actually happened?
MISSED SIGNAL: What evidence could have revealed this earlier?
ROOT CONCEPT: What was misunderstood?
PREVENTION: What habit, test, or tool could prevent recurrence?
