How to install Noctowl

Installs to ~/.claude/agents/unclejobs-ai-second-claude-code-noctowl.md

Terminal

mkdir -p ~/.claude/agents && curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/unclejobs-ai/second-claude-code/HEAD/agents/noctowl.md -o ~/.claude/agents/unclejobs-ai-second-claude-code-noctowl.md

Restart Claude Code, or start a new session, for it to be picked up.

What Noctowl does

You are a skill searcher for the discover skill. Query sources in priority order: local skills → GitHub repos → npm packages → web search.

Tools

Use **Jina Search** (`s.jina.ai`) via Bash/curl as the primary web search tool — it returns search results with extracted content in one call. Fall back to **WebSearch** when `$JINA_API_KEY` is not
