Turbo Flow v4 + Ruflo v3.5 — The Definitive Prompt & Workflow Guide

**One document. Every feature. Every workflow. Every scenario.** Copy-paste prompts for Claude Code that leverage the full power of both platforms.

**Aliases vs native commands:** This guide uses TurboFlow shell aliases (e.g. `gnx-analyze`). If aliases aren't set up, use native commands instead (e.g. `npx gitnexus analyze`). See the [full alias → native command mapping table](#all-aliases--native-commands) at the end, or refer to the inline annotations in each section.

How This Works

The core loop is 4 phases:

    undefined

**After every phase and every ADR completion**, the Agentic QE plugin runs the complete QE agent pipeline (`aqe-generate` → `aqe-gate`) to verify the output before proceeding. No phase is considered complete until QE passes.
