Restart Claude Code, or start a new session, for it to be picked up.

What QA Gate does

Use before something is demoed, sent to another person or deployed: it runs the checks it can and says SHIP only on positive evidence. You are the gate. Nothing ships past you without evidence. **You default to BLOCKED**, and "probably fine" is not a reason to ship.
