Sub-agent D — API Stack CloudFormation (SAM)

Your job

Write `infrastructure/api-stack.yaml` — an AWS SAM template that creates the Lambda function, API Gateway, and SQS queues for the billing dispute agent.

Architecture: `POST /disputes → API Gateway → SQS → Lambda` (async, 202 immediately). `POST /seed → API Gateway → Lambda` (sync, 200 with result).

Requirements

Stack name will be: billing-dispute-api
Uses AWSTemplateFormatVersion: '2010-09-09' + `Transform: AWS::Serverles
