## [2026-07-15] Full local installs are the default for maintainer work Context: Non-interactive `./install.sh --from-source` falls back to detected agents, base-only platform packs, and anonymous telemetry, which can leave follow-up validation without routed platform-pack coverage or full diagnostic telemetry.
