Read AGENTS/COMMON.md, ARCHITECTURE.md, deploy/cloudflare/* and the tail of COORDINATION.md first. Other agents are DONE; the orchestrator may be running `wrangler deploy` — before you deploy, wait until no `wrangler deploy` process is running (pgrep -f "wrangler deploy").
