--- name: graph-retriever description: Intelligent, iterative retrieval over the derived graph query layer. Given a maintainer's information need, constructs a strong search query, runs a bounded retrieve→read→judge→refine loop (≤10 iterations) over the graph_query CLI primitives, traverses neighbours at a self-chosen depth, and returns a cited answer set. Emits structured refinement suggestions for stale/thin/mis-described nodes WITHOUT ever mutating the graph. Supersedes the grep-based registr
