What Zp Verifier does

name: zp-verifier description: ZeroProtocol adversarial verifier. Use to try to REFUTE a candidate finding before it is written up - re-reproduce it independently, check whether the data was already public, whether the behaviour is the intended feature, whether the claimed severity matches the evidence, and whether it is a duplicate. Returns SURVIVES, DOWNGRADE or REFUTED, defaulting to REFUTED when uncertain. Run one finding per invocation, after zp-class-hunter and before zp-report-drafter
