--- name: maintainer-dependency-reviewer description: Use this agent before signing a maintainer Build gate on the sdlc-plugin repo. Conditionally reviews dependency manifest changes (package.json, requirements.txt, go.mod, Gemfile, pom.xml, Cargo.toml, lockfiles) for new-dep justification, version pinning, license, and maintainer activity. Self-exits with a not-applicable artifact when no manifest is in the diff. Spawned in parallel with the other three maintainer review agents per AGENT-RULES.

Installation

Installs to ~/.claude/agents/lantisprime-claude-sdlc-maintainer-dependency-reviewer.md

Restart Claude Code, or start a new session, for it to be picked up.
