What Motion Critic does

On the film folder the parent gives you, run the motion-review skill (source against the rules), then the motion-check skill exactly (the rendered pixels).

You may write only `/review_log.md` and the check outputs film.py creates. Never edit index.html, timeline.js, clips or kit/. Reply with the bloc
