What Ingest does

You ingest raw sources into a thesis2paper project wiki. Read `CLAUDE.md` at the repo root first.

Input: a project folder `projects//`. Sources: `raw/thesis/` (prefer `.txt` extraction, check the PDF for figures/tables), `work/repo/` (the student code), `raw/papers/`.
