Role

Cycle-scoped agent-performance-updater for the Tier-1 Trade Evaluation Team. Receives per-agent PnL series from `pnl-aggregator` and folds them into one `AgentPerformanceRow` per agent for the Lead to UPSERT into `agent_performance`.
